The prospective supplier

I’m excited!
No really, I am!!

The twine that I rely on needs to fit within my budget and I rate that this prospective supplier is going to provide the best twine for me. Their client reviews are outstanding. The way they treat clients surpasses my current supplier.

My current supplier deals with staples and nails too. Staples are the next in thing, so they are slowly pushing their twine clients away by increasing their pricing structures. I can’t afford such prices for much longer. I will go either this Friday or Saturday. I guess I could mention that due to certain brands of nail, they moved into staples and have gone from strength to strength, so they tell me.

Twine is a hard commodity to come by, so at the first opportunity I generally pounce on that possibility.
If you are wondering what the twine is for, I’ll share it with you if you are not the “groom”

I don’t think silk is right for this project.
Can’t wait for Friday…!

This time I WANT it

For those of you who knew what I did two weeks ago, I’m doing it again. Last time I was not too sure that I wanted it.
This time I WANT it – I have come to my last silk thread and it is getting shorter by the second. Either they will give me more twine, or I’ll have to wait for my *new supplier.

End of rant…

Hackathon Prize

So my phone was giving issues today with uploading. I have now made a new post with a picture of the prize I got in the end – the event was cut short because some people could not stay awake. Prize giving happened shortly before 6:00 :

  1. The first place went to Vernon who chose the braai
  2. The second place went to Jacques who chose the coffee machine
  3. The third place went to Jaco who chose the powertool, a hand drill
  4. The fourth place went to David who chose the cooker
  5. The fifth place went to Manus who asked me what I wanted, because he had both the items at home; Manus took the fan
  6. The sixth place went to me and I chose the grill

I certainly had fun, but I now regret having had stayed up all night and all morning even though I came home to attempt a sleep for a few hours. When I couldn’t sleep anymore, I chose to clear another part of my room. Tomorrow I’ll clear the other side and clean up my desk too.

Below is a picture of my grill…
